Today, Rep. Murphy and I hosted a great group of athletes from Weymouth that make up the Weymouth Cal Ripken Baseball 12-year-old All-Star Team. They will be competing in the Cal Ripken World Series from August 4th – 14th, in Waterville, Maine.
This amazing team placed first in their District Tournament, winning the Eastern Massachusetts State Tournament, and placed second in the New England Regional Tournament. Their first game will be on Saturday August 6th at 5:30pm and will livestreamed at https://baberuthworldseries.org/#/event/441.
