Just before Weymouth High School’s winter break, I had the opportunity to join Mr. Poirier's 8th grade class to check-in on their capstone civics projects. When we met, we discussed the issues their projects were seeking to address, my time as a student at Weymouth High, my journey in government, and the work of the state legislature. There were a lot of great questions and conversations and I look forward to seeing the students complete their civics projects.
