I had a great morning with Rep. Cutler visiting students at the Chandler School in Duxbury! We met with Kindergarten and 1st grade classes to talk about technology in the classroom and how they’re adjusting to our new normal.
Last year, Rep. Cutler, Rep. LaNatra, and I were able to work together to secure $75,000 in the supplemental budget for iPads for the school - each student in Kindergarten and 1st grade got an iPad. The iPads helped our teachers deliver remote learning and although we’re transitioning back to in-person learning, it was good to see the iPads were still of use to the class.
