Last night, I had the opportunity to say thank you to Becky Haugh, Jane Hackett, and Ed Harrington for their collective 30+ years of City Council service to the Town of Weymouth.
Having served alongside them, I know firsthand that each of them brought something special to the job. Becky had a level of passion to the work that few could match and was a large reason as to why we fought the compressor station as hard as we did; Jane was someone who had an immense level of knowledge about government and who I could always trust; and Ed was always organized and on top of the issues, ensuring we made our neighborhoods a better place to call home.
Congratulations to these three – we’re all wishing you the best on your next chapter!
