This afternoon, I had the chance to congratulate Norwell’s Ryan Kilroy on being commissioned into the United States Army. Ryan’s mom, Jody, was kind enough to invite me down to their home so I could present Ryan with an official citation and a Flag that we had flown over the State House specifically for him.
In August, Ryan will be headed to Officer Candidate School in Arizona and then proceed on to Fort Drum in New York. I know we’re all wishing Ryan the best of luck on his next steps – congratulations again!
