Great day for the Town of Marshfield as we cut the ribbon on their new Veterans home. This beautiful home will begin housing residents in early 2022 and will provide 8 units of housing for our veterans in need.
This project was the result of local, state and federal funding and a dedicated group of residents and local officials who made today and this house a reality. A special thank you to Michael Bradley for your work and leadership on this.
I was honored to take part in this special day and hope that other communities can look to this project as a model for future homes.
It is so important that we provide the support and assistance to the men and women that have worn the uniform of our nation and took that sacred oath. We need to have their backs when they return home and know they are going to be looked after and cared for the same way that they did for us.
