Congratulations to Marshfield on breaking ground on a new Public Works Facility!
On Friday, I joined Marshfield officials, members of the building committee, and the public to celebrate the milestone. The construction of the new facility will be located behind the recently acquired DPW administration building on Plain Street. The larger metal building will include an office area, employee facilities, workshops, vehicle maintenance and storage areas, and a canopy.
There’s a lot of work to be done and I’m looking forward to seeing the plans come to fruition in the months ahead.
