This morning, I joined with members of the Hingham Police Department and local officials as they celebrated the retirements Officer James Foss and Officer Matthew Galvin after 29 and 35 years of service respectively.
These two officers have contributed so much to the department and the Town of Hingham over the years and always served with dignity. They will be sorely missed in their retirement. Congratulations and well-deserved!
