Happy 105th birthday to Phyllis Chapman! This morning, Rep. Meschino and I joined Phyllis’ friends to surprise her with cards and well wishes after her appointment at Station 27 Hair Salon. Phyllis has called Hingham home for more than 60 years and she was an absolute delight to get to know. Looking forward to celebrating 106 next year.
