Thank you to the First Lady of the Commonwealth Lauren Baker and the Bruins Mascot, Blades, for visiting the Tufts Library in Town of Weymouth today! The visit helped to kickoff the Boston Bruins’ 15th annual Pajama Drive and was a great time for kids complete with a special story time, crafts, games, and of course, hockey.
The PJ Drive’s goal this year is to collect 5,000 new pairs of pajamas that will benefit the Wonderfund MA and Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts. Since 2014, the drive has collected over 53,000 pairs of pajamas and made a tangible difference for thousands of families.
