This morning, I had the opportunity to join Rep. DeCoste to congratulate Norwell Town Accountant & Finance Director, Donna Mangan, on a well-deserved retirement after 32 years in public service.
While Donna ended her career with a 15-year stint in Norwell, she also had stops in Marshfield and Hingham along the way. I know the South Shore is wishing Donna the best of luck on her next chapter and a very happy retirement.
