This afternoon, the Commonwealth formally held the 10th annual Massachusetts Gold Star Families Tree Dedication at the State House. Hosted in partnership with the Military Friends Foundation, the event serves as an opportunity to pay tribute to our Massachusetts Veterans who gave their lives in service to our nation and the families who carry their legacy forward.
Photos and messages from loved ones are displayed on the tree and serve to remind us of the tremendous sacrifices made on our behalf. A truly great tradition that I’m proud to see continue.
