Honored to have received the Barbara Pearson Award, along with my colleagues in the South Shore Legislative delegation, from the North and South Rivers Watershed Association.
Over the last two budget cycles we have secured $100,000 so that the North River Commission can continue to monitor and maintain the North River. This protective order has been in place since 1978 and protects the North River from development while allowing for public access to recreational activities like boating and fishing.
